Building relationships…

It’s been a busy week at Pack & Ponder HQ as we prepare for our launch later in the year.

One of the most enjoyable and important parts of building our travel agency (just the way we want it), is choosing the suppliers we’d like to work with. In our previous travel roles, commercial relationships with suppliers were already in place and we had little input over who we could and couldn’t work with.

It’s imperative for Pack & Ponder to work with suppliers who we know will provide an unrivalled experience for our clients in destination, but who also strive for excellent service throughout the entire customer journey. This includes having a comprehensive covid-19 policy which protects clients, is transparent and offers the best terms and conditions available.

This week we have contracted several travel providers, including an outstanding DMC based in South Africa, who will provide tailormade itineraries for our clients including luxurious Cape Town, Winelands and Safari trips. We also have a fantastic luxury trade-only operator onboard who specialises in destinations such as the Caribbean, Arabian Gulf, Indian Ocean, Sri Lanka, South East Asia and Europe. 

We will continue to build our portfolio of exceptional travel providers to ensure that we deliver an inimitable holiday experience.
